Week one of work complete; albeit a very short week thanks to the holiday. It was actually pretty uneventful. I think Paul and I did a good enough job of slowly introducing Jae to daycare so it wasn't the traumatic event for either one of us. And Jae seems to be doing better and better there everyday. We were excited to see that he actually slept for the full 2 hours of nap time which means 1) daycare 3 days in a row tuckers his out and 2) he is getting comfortable enough there to fall sleep quickly and stay asleep.
Every Wednesday at daycare is share today and today's choice toy/book item for Jae was his Korean ambulance. Another Korean forever family gave us some of their authentic Korean toys that their own children have outgrown. The ambulance is a huge hit! It not only winds up, but has a siren and working lights. One of his favorite toys:
